Minimum Essential Medium Eagle (MEM) (Modified for Autoclaving) w/ Earle’s salts w/o L-Glutamine, NEAA and Sodium bicarbonate

Minimum Essential Medium Eagle with Earle’s balanced salts and phenol red. It is modified for autoclaving hence the medium does not contain L-glutamine. The medium was developed to meet the specific nutritional requirements of certain subtypes of Hela cells and normal mammalian fibroblasts.
