RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, 4.5gms glucose per liter and 10mM HEPES buffer. The medium is designed to support growth of both human normal and neoplastic cells in vitro along with wide range of anchorage dependant cells.
