RPMI-1640 w/ 25mM HEPES buffer, Sodium bicarbonate and Sodium pyruvate w/o L-Glutamine
[AL157] RPMI 1640 medium is extensively used for a wide range of anchorage dependant cell lines. The medium is known to support growth of cells both in presence of 5-20% FBS and in absence of FBS. AL157 is modified RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 25mM HEPES buffer and sodium bicarbonate. It does not contain L-glutamine.
