Gentamicin Solution w/ 10mg/ml Gentamicin sulfate in sterile tissue culture grade water

Geneticin (G418) blocks polypeptide synthesis by inhibiting protein elongation by binding irreversibility to 80S ribosomes both in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. This antibiotic solution is sterile filtered containing 10mg gentamicin per ml.
