Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium is an enriched modification of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium wherein serum can be partially or totally replaced by chemically defined substances. Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium does not contain L-glutamine, HEPES buffer and phenol red.
