McCoy's 5A Medium w/ L-Glutamine w/o Phenol red, Folic Acid and Sodium bicarbonate

McCoy's 5A medium was developed in 1955 as the result of studies on the nutritional requirements of the Walker 256 carcinoma. McCoy's 5A medium with L glutamine. It does not contain folic acid and phenol red.
