RPMI-1640 w/ L-Glutamine and 25mM HEPES buffer w/o Sodium bicarbonate

Modified RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 25mM HEPES buffer and L-glutamine. The medium is designed to support growth of both human normal and neoplastic cells in vitro along with wide range of anchorage dependant cells.
