Made with HumanKine Human Cell-expressed proteins
Cell Analysis ELISA Kits
Due to the highest quality immunogens in the industry, the capture and detection antibodies have the highest affinity for human proteins.
Proteintech ELISA kits – simple and elegant solution for your immunoassay needs
- Ultra-sensitive kits between 10X and 1000X more sensitive than kits sold by leading competitors
- The only kits made using actual human proteins from state-of-the-art HumanKine® human Cell-expressed cytokines and growth factors.
Proteintech’s AuthentiKine™ Sandwich ELISAs offer unmatched sensitivity compared to conventional ELISA kits in the market. AuthentiKine™ ELISA kit development starts with production of HumanKine® immunogens, which are human proteins with native glycosylation and processing whereas most other ELISA kit manufacturers use immunogens synthesized in a prokaryotic system.
Key Features of ELISA Kits
Proteintech ELISA kits – simple and elegant solution for your immunoassay needs
- Ultra-sensitive kits between 10X and 1000X more sensitive than kits sold by leading competitors
- The only kits made using actual human proteins from state-of-the-art HumanKine® human Cell-expressed cytokines and growth factors.
The procedure is straightforward and allows you to detect and quantify your target protein, reliably and accurately, in a range of biological samples in the space of a morning or afternoon. Proteintech’s ELISA kits are based on the two-site sandwich immunoassay principle, in which two highly specific, non-competitive antibodies are used in the detection of a target analyte: one for capture, and one for detection.
Briefly, steps involved in making Proteintech’s sandwich ELISA kits include:
- Careful selection of antibody pairs to ensure optimum signal
- Calibration with NIBSC/WHO Standards
- Testing with multiple sample types, e.g., sera, plasma, cell culture supernatant
- Testing of intra- and inter-assay precision
- Linearity testing
- Recovery testing
- Kit stability testing
