This serum helps to meet your research needs and

cell culture, specialty research and specific assays.
Thesera is EU-certified serum suitable for cell culture
applications. A wide range of sera including Bovine
Serum Albumin, Bovin Serum, Horse Plasma, and
Animal Sera (goat, sheep, porcine, mouse, rat and
others) are available.
The product is comprehensively tested for performance
and quality assurance. The premium sera feature sterility
test by using triple 0.1μm filters as final filters and was
filled into sterile 500 ml or 100 ml bottles. Heat-inactivated
FBS for immunological applications, is also available.
Certificate of Analysis can be provided on request.
This product was finally processed and tested at the
ISO 9001:2015 certified facility holding a certificate of
suitability by the European Directorate for the quality
of Medicines for production of Fetal Bovine Serum.

HiDef-B8 Complete Stem Cell Growth Medium
HiDef-B8 is a complete, serum-free, defined formulation
designed for the feeder-free maintenance and
expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) in an
undifferentiated state. The HiDef-B8 medium is a unique
formulation that offers the modern conveniences of
a flexible feeding schedule (including weekend-free
maintenance) and the ability to choose the matrices and
passaging methods that best suit specific applications.
For reconstituting the HiDef-B8 Complete Medium,
easily add 1,25 ml of HiDef-B8 400X supplement to 500
mL of DMEM/F12 and it is ready to use for cultivating
your iPSCs.
DMEM/F12 Basal Medium
DMEM/F12 is a fully defined basal medium for use
in the culture of a wide range of mammalian cells.
DMEM/F12 is a 1:1 mixture of DMEM and Ham’s F-12,
providing an optimized environment for a broad range
of cell types. Our DMEM/F12 is buffered with HEPES
and sodium bicarbonate, offering a comprehensive
buffering system which helps to maintain pH stability
and minimize the effect of CO2 fluctuations in standard
incubator conditions for mammalian cell culture.
Additionally, this formulation includes L-alanyl-Lglutamine
in place of glutamine, which enhances cell
metabolism and reduces the risk of cell death, while
also improving medium stability and cell culture
consistency.
