Organoid Formation and Cultivation:
CERO 3D incubator & Analyzer is a novel solution, allowing even long-term expansion of spheroids and organoids in 3D suspension without shear forces and in most cases without requirement for a supporting matrix.
Preparation:
Different type of cells have different requirements for cryo media. The CryoXLTM Cell Freezing Medium product line provides special solutions for sensitive-, stem- or hybridoma cells containing DMSO or Glycerin. If required Serum free media are available too. Storage:
Cryo Vials are available in volumes ranging from 0.5 to 5ml designed for storage in liquid nitrogen and ultra-low freezers. For details see Cryo Vials.

Especially when standardization is key to success, having reliable information about cell concentration and status is absolutely essential and can be achieved using the CASY Cell Counter and Analyzer . Representative number of cells measured and analyzed in seconds result in low standard deviations.
