Available fluorophores include APC, FITC, PE, and high-performance CoraLite® dyes. CoraLite 488, 594, and 647 dyes match Alexa dyes in brightness, offering durable fluorescence and minimal spectral overlap for complex multicolor panel design. CoraLite 488 is ideal for 488 nm laser excitation, while CoraLite 594 and 647 absorb at 594 and 647 nm, respectively.
