The xCELLigence RTCA eSight system combines highly sensitive, label-free impedance-based cell analysis and multi-color live cell imaging (red, green, blue) - simultaneously and in real time. This powerful integration allows for comprehensive live cell analysis, offering deeper insights into cell number, proliferation rate, cell size, shape, immune cell activity (such as immune cell killing and phagocytosis), substrate attachment quality, and spheroid growth. Run up to 5 independent plates in parallel and streamlining your workflow with high reproducibility and precise quantitative readouts.
