Gentamicin L-Glutamine Solution w/ 200mM L-Glutamine and 5 mg/ml Gentamicin in 0.9% normal saline
Geneticin (G418) blocks polypeptide synthesis by inhibiting protein elongation by binding irreversibility to 80S ribosomes both in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. A sterile filtered Gentamicin L-Glutamine solution containing 200mM L-glutamine and 5mg gentamicin per ml.
