HiSepTM LSM 1073 is a solution of polysucrose and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.073± 0.0010g/ml. This medium offers a quick and reliable method for the simple isolation of lower density mononuclear cells from human peripheral blood, umbilical cord blood and bone marrow.
