HiDef-B8 400X Supplement (1.25 mL), when added to 500 mL DMEM/F12, highly stable, is a complete, serum-free, defined formulation designed for the feeder-free maintenance and expansion of human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) in the undifferentiated state.
