Cryopan III, DMSO-free Freezing medium

Cryopan III is a serum-free freezing medium without DMSO, suitable for the cryopreservation of various cell types.
KEY FEATURES::
- Versatility: Cryopan III is a specially developed cryopreservation medium designed for freezing various human and animal cells. Its optimized formulation is suitable for preserving both adherent and suspension cells. It is ideal for the long-term storage of established cell lines, primary cells and tissue samples such as umbilical cord tissue.
- Composition: Cryopan III consists of a chemically defined and optimized mixture of salts, sugar and additional antifreeze-substances. It contains no animal or human components and is free of DMSO.
- Special Advantages: The formulation without DMSO is particularly well-suited for primary cells and other applications in which the cytotoxic side-effects associated with DMSO are not desired. The serum-free freezing medium is particularly well-suited for preserving serum-free cultured cells. The optimized composition guarantees high cell viability post-thawing.
