Trypsin is a serine protease derived from porcine pancreas. Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), a chelating agent is often added to enhance enzymatic activity of trypsin solution. This product contains 0.05% Trypsin and 0.02% EDTA and phenol red in Hank’s balanced salt solution.
