IMT Kits - How it works
IMT Kits use a specialized tethering reagent to immobilize liquid tumor cells onto the E-Plate wells, enabling real-time, impedance-based monitoring of cell health and cytolysis. Immobilized targets generate strong, stable impedance signals, while effector cells alone produce minimal background. When effectors are added, target cell killing is detected with clear, dose-dependent resolution. Comparative assays show that results closely match traditional suspension-based flow cytometry, confirming reliable and consistent cytotoxicity readouts.
