Accurate Compensation for Flow Cytometry

Fluorescence, compensation, and cellular controls are essential for reliable flow cytometry data. Traditional polystyrene beads fall short—they bind non-specifically, lack cell-like autofluorescence, and differ in scatter properties, leading to inaccurate compensation and compromised data.

SpectraComp® compensation controls from Slingshot Biosciences solve these issues. Our synthetic cells mimic the optical and autofluorescence profiles of lymphocytes and capture multiple antibody species, ensuring precise, reliable, and repeatable results for your spectral flow cytometry experiments.

Violet Dye Performance. SpectraComp® beads achieve cleaner separation of positive and negative populations when used in conjunction with violet dyes such as BV510.
