Virus Infection Studies

Hepatocyte spheroids were matured for 20 days before being exposed to Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) at an infectious dose of 1000. Viral spread was monitored at 24, 48, and 72 hours post-infection, with brown staining indicating NS5A expression to track infection progression over time.
